Jaycee Memminger is founder and president of Angelic Impact, an organization that is committed to spreading awareness while encouraging the community to get more involved in stopping domestic violence. A survivor of domestic violence, Ms. Memminger founded Angelic Impact in 2006 after miraculously surviving a brutal attack by her ex-husband. Ms. Memminger began volunteering in domestic violence shelters in 1980 as a freshman in college and worked tirelessly as an activist and advocate for victims. Her own victimaation at the hands of her ex-husband renewed her commitment to fighting for both victims of domestic violence and the children who are left to live after the trauma.
