Ms. Joyce N. Thomas is the President and Co-founder of the Center for Child Protection and Family Support in Washington , DC . Ms. Thomas is also the Director of the People of Color Leadership Institute, as well as the Director of the Domestic Violence/Child Abuse and Neglect Project, the Domestic Violence and Welfare Reform Project, and the Children Who Witness Violence Program.
