The Urban Institute
To fill the gap in knowledge about the pathways of successful
reintegration, the social and fiscal costs of current policies, and
the impact of removal, sentencing, and reentry on individuals,
families, and communities, and to advance policies and innovations
that reflect solid research, the Urban Institute has inaugurated a
portfolio of reentry policy research. This site includes a number of

(e.g., Illinois, Ohio, and Texas).
